A journey of self discovery and renewal:

To stay competitive and relevant your organization must respond and adapt. And that means change. But if you're not the person making the decisions all that change can feel overwhelming.

In the 5 classes you will explore new information and strategies to maintain a sense of balance in the midst of any organizational change. Each class will focus on one of the four keys to increasing your personal change readiness. When you increase your personal change readiness you will:

  • Maintain a sense of stability during any type of organizational change
  • Understand your own response to change and how to use it to create a healthier response
  • Move through change with less anxiety and discomfort
  • Experience higher levels of personal resilience

What's included in the course:

5 online and live interactive classes that guide you, your personal readiness, and help you de-stress from change

One coaching session with Dr. Dawn-Marie Turner. This one-on-one and completely confidential coaching session with Dr. Turner will help you gain a better insight into your energy areas and your worry areas. (This is a $275 value)

A participant manual with tools, techniques, and knowledge you can continue to use after the course has ended. (A $25 value)
