  • Understand your own response to change and how to use it to create a healthier response
  • Move through change with less anxiety and discomfort 
  • Experience higher levels of personal resilience

5 online and live interactive classes that guide you, your personal readiness, and help you de-stress from change

One coaching session with Dr. Dawn-Marie Turner. This one-on-one and completely confidential coaching session with Dr. Turner will help you gain a better insight into your energy areas and your worry areas. (This is a $375 value)  

A participant manual with tools, techniques, and knowledge you can continue to use after the course has ended. (A $25 value)
