Knowing your organization’s strengths for leading and managing change can have a big impact on your success.
Our organizational change assessment is not like other assessments. Leaders engage in an active exploration of five of the most important factors that affect an organization’s ability to implement change. Leaders who have completed this assessment have identified actions to improve their ability to implement change immediately.
With our organizational change management assessment, you start increasing your capacity for change even during the assessment process.
Organizations who completed the assessment discovered why past change initiatives had failed. They were also able to quickly identify what was needed to prevent current changes from suffering the same fate.
You begin with an introductory call. In this introductory call, we gain an understanding of your organization, current change initiatives, and where you are along your change journey. We will also identify who will participate in the change management assessment. You may have up to five leaders participate.
Through the assessment process, you will discover what you are doing that’s working and how to leverage your strength to increase employees’ ability with change. You will also discover what’s not working, and potential blind spots that could be sabotaging your efforts.
You will also discover why some of the actions you believe are helping may actually be hurting your change efforts.
Going through our organizational change assessment with Dawn-Marie was insightful. She helped us focus on defining shared ownership – as the company shifts from an owner-focused brand to a dynamic, team-oriented small business – as well as determining our outcome story. Though the concepts weren’t foreign to me, the idea of working from a “readiness perspective” and leading with people-centered affirmation is one I’ll return to again and again.
