At Turner Change Management we work with you to enhance and further develop your change leadership skills. Each session is customized to you and your organization’s specific needs so transitioning from old to new is as positive and constructive as possible. We can also work with your management team to ensure they are informed and have the skills to manage and transition smoothly through the changes in your organization.
Our Organizational Change Leadership Coaching packages are designed to be allocated into five sessions and they can be conducted at your convenience. In our initial session we will work with you to understand your organization’s objectives, and then in each of the next sessions we will analyze the transitions happening in your organization, build confidence, and tap into skills that will help you become a leader of your organization’s change and/or new direction.
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you, your organization, and get a firm grasp of what you would like to accomplish. Together, we will analyze your change competency: where you are succeeding, where you are challenged, and where you will benefit from coaching.
In this session, we will establish goals for your organization’s change or new direction, and create measurable parameters for each goal. After that, we can begin to work towards them individually so, by the end of our time together, you will have the right tools to achieve your goals.
Making progress is about establishing your plan. At this point, we will have started on the path to meeting your goals. I will be checking in on your progress to determine how far you have come since our first session, and guide you toward your goals.
In session 4, we will check in on your progress and evaluate what is and is not working. Then, we will determine what needs to be accomplished in order to have long-term success.
In session 5, we will define what is next so you can continue to achieve your goals going forward.
