  • Half-day Employee module helps employees build their personal capacity for change.
  • All modules are fully customizable to meet your organization’s specific circumstances.
  • Living and Leading Change includes post program support to help your team put what they have learned into action on key change initiatives. Get 12 weeks of one-to-one or small group consulting on key change initiatives for select Executive and change team members.
